Cost is dependent on your treatment plan. Coverage is available through The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service (CMS) and most major insurance companies. You may also qualify for payment assistance.

Tests are administered to determine eligibility. These tests can be completed in our center.

* A history and assessment of cognition and day to day function.

* MRI scan of the brain to look for evidence of small areas of blood in the brain.

* Blood work helps to determine if there are other causes of cognitive impairments other than Alzheimer’s Disease.

* Genetic testing to test for a gene called APOE which may increase your risks from the treatment.

* A PET scan to test for the presence of beta-amyloid in the brain.

Yes, we provide specialized infusion therapies for a wide range of health conditions. Our clinic is designed to deliver these treatments in a comfortable, supportive environment, led by a clinical team with advanced expertise in infusion therapy.

Concierge healthcare, sometimes referred to as private medicine, provides a higher level of care to its members. Concierge physicians work with a smaller number of patients than traditional physician practices, which enables them to spend more time with each patient to better customize the care to an individual’s health needs and goals.

The BWMI concierge program is designed to provide specialized medical support for your cognitive health. Our program is customized to your needs and is guided by a medical team with expertise in cognitive health and geriatrics. There is a monthly fee that is all inclusive of our services. You can choose to keep your primary care physician or receive geriatric care from our medical director and geriatrician, Dr. Mark Carlson. 

Be Well can serve one of two roles for you.

* If you do not have a primary care provider, the Be Well MD geriatrician can serve as your primary care provider.

* If you already have a primary care provider, your Be Well clinician can serve a consultative role working with your primary care provider and/or any specialists you see. Keep in mind, all Be Well providers are specialized in caring for aging adults.

Be Well Memory and Infusion offers a membership-based concierge service. Most insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid, do not allow reimbursement for membership fees. The benefits you receive with your membership fee, at a minimum include: same-day access to our medical team, unlimited telehealth consultations with our physicians and nurses, personalized assistance with appointment scheduling and access to cognitive health educational seminars and tools.
